Hacienda hosted a lovely wedding on Valentines Day for a charming group of just 20 guests. The wedding was elegant, quaint, and very personal. The Bride and Groom used the space to create a comfortable, intimate atmosphere for their guests; even though the room was quite large, the ceremony, dinner, and dancing all took place in the center of the Courtyard to create a warm and inviting feel.
Having a smaller guest list made it possible for the Bride and Groom to personalize the details of their wedding which reflected their relationship. They were also able to spend time with each and every guest, which made it a memorable evening for all who attended.
If you’re planning a small wedding, take this opportunity to incorporate special personalized touches, so your guests can really see your unique personality shine through. You can also consider the feeling you want to set during your ceremony: A smaller guest list can create a more intimate celebration of your love by setting the mood for everyone in the room. It also can allow you to feel more relaxed during your special day because you’re surrounded by close friends and family.
Whether you choose a guest list of 20 or 200, make sure it is you and your partner-to-be who are happy with the final decision. After all, you are planning this day to celebrate you, and your love.
