Spanish Elegance at Hacienda Sarria
Last month I had the privilege of being a guest of Appetizingly Yours Events and Catering (AY) at the 2013 KW Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards Gala. They were nominated for the prestigious Hospitality Award. It was so nice to be able to socialize with this great group of people outside of the busy events at Hacienda Sarria.
Hacienda Sarria is based on Spanish design and we do many Spanish themed parties. Recently I had the opportunity to work with AY to come up with a high-end Spanish themed party. Chef Scott Yates designed a stunning menu. Nicole Baumgartner, Event Coordinator at AY, designed the décor, entertainment and service. Our team at Hacienda Sarria selected the wines and specialty coffee and coordinated the event. The result was a beautiful and authentic formal Spanish evening.
